Introduction

S Knights recruitment are proud to be working with an established adult education provider who deliver nationally-recognised qualifications. They are passionate about helping improve employability by delivering government-funded courses for adults across the UK. They are looking for a Vocational tutor (Education Sector) to join their team and deliver the STLS (Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools)

Roles and Responsibilites

-Providing a good level of support to ensure learners are progressing by making work, assessments and giving feedback
- Deliver engaging and high quality lessons to ensure maximum outcome and engagement
- Create additional resources and activities for the learners
- Monitor learner attendance and participation
- Provide an induction to the programme including of setting challenging targets
- Update CRM systems accordingly
- Making sure there is positive progression on all learner logs

Experience and Skills

-Level 3 Teaching Qualification (minimum)
-Assessor Qualification
-Minimum L2 English
-Minimum L2 Maths
-L2 IT qualification
- Previous Quality First teaching experience
- Proven record of delivering Adult Education
-Solid Understanding of Data Protection and GDPR regulations
-Experience of working in the Education Sector
- Excellent communication, organisation and management skills
