Stock Controller
Area: Walsall, WS5
Pay: GBP20,404
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stock Controller to join a well-known branded tyre company in the Walsall area of Birmingham on a static morning shift.
The role of a Stock Controller is offered on temporary to ongoing basis, potentially leading to permanent positions.
As a Stock Controller your duties will include:
* Working within a busy warehouse environment
* Use of a forklift
* Moving Vans around the yard
* Helping with the import and despatch of tyres
* Using correct techniques to stack, lace and roll tyre
* Working as part of a close team and have the initiative to work on your own accord
* Ensuring customer daily KPI'S are met.
As a Stock Controller you will have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience of working in a warehouse/ or like environment
* Manual handling experience and okay with heavy lifting
* Must have a car licence
* Must have forklift experience
* Flexible attitude and team player
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Self-starter
* Must be able to travel to Walsall for 5am
* Candidate must have a flexible approach to working hours
As a Stock Controller you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 5am-3pm ongoing temp - perm.
