Our client is a highly successful food manufacturing company in Leicester
Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Technician to work Nights
The Quality Assurance Technician will be working as part of a team responsible for ensuring that the correct quality and production processes and procedures are in place and fully adhered to at all times; this will include carrying out quality analysis and corrective actions, reporting ingredient and weight checks etc and initiating regular spot audits.
Hours of work are: Night shift 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am
The successful Quality Assurance Technician will have previous demonstrable experience of working in the Food manufacturing sector and a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and change initiatives; ideal qualifications include: allergens training, Level 2 Food Hygiene, HACCP awareness
