Hours: Monday - Friday 07.00 - 16.30 with 30 min lunch break

We are currently recruiting for an experienced drill line operative to join a leading structural steel manufacturer based in Ripley. This position requires you to have proven working knowledge of a Kaltenbach drill.
Duties of a Drill Line Operative:
Daily activities include setting up and operating Kaltenbach drill.
Undertaking quality checks and work from technical/engineering drawings.
Actively contributing to, and participating in, continuous improvement initiatives.
As a team member responsible for meeting all health and safety procedures and processes.Skills of a Drill Line Operative:
Will demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in your work with excellent standards for timekeeping and attendance.
Eager to learn new skills and embrace change.
Mechanically minded and understand technical/engineering drawings.
Demonstrate the ability to be able to work with Kaltenbach drill
Experience working with overhead cranes ( heavy loads)
Work as a fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of productivity.
Team player with a can-do attitude
