Salary up to GBP65,000 + Car Allowance + Package
I am representing a volume developer who is searching for an experienced Site Manager to work on a development of 136 units near Salisbury.
This role is required to start in December or early January 2021 and will commence as the second phase of work starts. You will be responsible for a large section of the site and will report to the Project Manager.
You must have previous experience as a Site Manager working on high volume housing developments and understand sequencing and programming of units.
Main Responsibilities
* Full responsibility and control of site staff and sub-contractors.
* Actively encourage a philosophy of safety, progress, quality and innovation.
* Liaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departments.
* Timely ordering of materials to ensure build programme can be achieved.
* Ensure all NHBC inspections are carried out as required.
* Carry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care procedures.
* Complete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with the company's customer care team.
Qualifications & Training required:
* SMSTS Qualification
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Fire Marshall
* Scaffolding
Requirements
* Candidates will only be considered if they have volume experience and can show longevity of employment.
* You will need to be diligent in the day to day running of the project and be confident in decision making to enable the programme to run with minimal complication.
* Covid-19 adherence must be paramount, and a new way of working must be ensured to pass new H&S guidelines.
