Criteria

NMC PIN
RGN, RMN or RNLD Qualified
Ideally Nursing Home experience, but not essential

Ensuring optimum client care is maintained by managing patient care plans and risk assessments
Providing a highest standard of quality care of patients
Promote and maintain high standards of clinical practice
Management of Care Staff and Junior Staff members
Maintain relationships with clients, staff and families
