Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? Do you have previous experience leading a team?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join my client on a permanent basis.

This position calls for a Registered Nurse to be responsible for the management and development of a beautiful 45-bed Nursing Home in the heart of Wellingborough. The service users are Older Adults who suffer from Dementia amongst other Mental Health issues.

Salary: Up to GBP45.8k per annum (GBP21 p/h) + GBP250 Welcome Bonus

Contract: Permanent - 42 hours per week | Day Shifts

The Role:
*To ensure effective day to day management, leadership and development of the Residential services.
*To ensure the effective financial and operational performance of the services underpinned by a continued development ethos.
*To ensure that the highest standard of care and support is provided to service users.
*To develop, implement and continuously improve the service in line with the service specification.
*To respond to service user incidences, safeguarding issues and complaints in line with the policies and procedures.
*To empower staff and service users to maintain a homely environment.
*Ensure that all policies and procedures related to the running of the home are adhered to and any new and amended policies are read, understood and signed by all staff supporting in the home.

About You:
*Have previous experience of managing a team of care staff.
*Have experienced nursing dementia clients.
*Be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin.
*Excellent clinical knowledge of the client group.
*Ability to work closely with the Registered Manager and provide full support, as well as the ability to manage the service in the Registered Manager's absence
