A major FM provider are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to work on a large healthcare account in Kensington. The successful candidate will join an established team, responsible for supporting the mechanical department's delivery of planned and reactive maintenance; being the point of contact for identifying and reviewing service improvements that will add benefits to the way we work.
Training will be provided to allow the successful candidate to establish RP/AP status in various mechanical disciplines.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support the Contract Manager in implementing the successful management strategy for the Account.
* Ensure effective systems are established to support the operational needs of the Account
* Ensure CAFM systems are in place to optimise the management of all planned and reactive works
* Works with the Facilities Managers to develop management resource plans to meet operational needs and effects change where required
* Actively manage the Suppliers to deliver best value into the Account
* Understand the financial requirements of the Account.
* Support the Account Manager and Commercial teams in managing the finances of the Account
* Ensure correct commercial procedures are followed to ensure the Clients budgets requirements are adhered to and the Account is not exposed to financial risk.
* Support the commercial team in developing quotes/business cases for out of scope/additional works
Candidate Specification:
* Level 3 building service relevant qualification or equivalent
* Technical experience of a relevant mechanical discipline
* Hospital experience would be beneficial
