We have an exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer\Solutions Architect to join our ICT & Digital Team.
As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer\Solutions Architect you will work as part of a team to deliver innovative transformational projects and providing support and maintenance of the Company and its Clients ICT infrastructure and services.
Essential skills:
* Significant ICT helpdesk or service desk experience
* CISCO/ VMWARE / Office 365/ Active Directory expertise
* Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple demands
* Ability to resolve issues within time frames
* Provide support to 2nd Line support in developing their skills and knowledge
