This would suit a Shift / Production Supervisor with experience in the Galvanizing industry.
The Role:
Maintain quality levels of all products and maximise staff efficiencies.
Ensure all shifts are covered sufficiently and provide training to new and existing staff.
Days based role 7am-5pm or rotating 3 shift pattern.
