A leading Independent Estate Agency with an outstanding reputation and long-standing pedigree are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Valuer-Lister to join them in their busy Maidstone offices.

The successful Branch Manager/Valuer-Lister will be responsible for a wide range of duties including (but not limited to):

Arranging and attending market appraisals
Listing properties
Co-ordinating all marketing of new listings (including office ring outs, advertising - both online and in print, brochure production)
Arranging and accompanying viewings
Negotiating offers
Sales progression
Involvement in all marketing activities - touting, co-ordinating leaflet drops, chasing leads etc.
The successful Branch Manager/Valuer-Lister will offer the following skill set/background:

At least 7 years Estate Agent experience
Experience of driving and developing a successful team
Listing/valuing experience
Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
A keen team player
High attention to detail
Good time keeping/diary management
Be presentable
The successful Branch Manager/Valuer-Lister will be offered an excellent career ladder, with on-going training and development. You will work 5 days per week including every Saturday (with a day in lieu) - hours Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm; Saturday 9am-5pm.
