Are you immediately available and seeking a professional administrative position working within the Public Sector?
My client is seeking a team of 8 professional administrators to join their busy teams at a variety of locations,
Basic Rate GBP8.82 per hour
(08:00-1800)
Enhancements paid for shifts commencing 1800 hours weekdays; weekend shifts; overnight shifts and Bank Holidays.
Newton Abbott, Barnstable Hospital, Exmouth and Shepton Mallett.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Working with the duty clinician/s to ensure that face-to-face and / or telephone consultations are undertaken promptly.
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Liaising with others within the organisation to ensure that the needs of the patients are met in line with the 'Putting Patient First' ethos of the organisation.
If you are successful in your application you will need to communicate and liaise with
Managers and Staff at all levels and locations within the Devon Doctors Group
GPs and Allied Health Professionals within the Devon Doctors Group
Patients and their Carers / Representatives.
Local Health and Social Care providers
