The Client:

Part of an international group, this tier-one manufacturer of heating appliances is fast becoming the market-leader with a number of well-respected brands that fulfil every heating application. Their award-winning training division works acts as a bridge between manufacturer and engineer, providing extensive knowledge on installation, fault finding and repair.

The business is expanding in the UK and this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing departments within the business and one that has shown immense adaptability in connecting with their engineering customers during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Role:

As a Training Manager, you'll split your time working from home, in the field and within a number of dedicated training centres. As a key member of the national training team, you'll deliver in-person and online training seminars to independent and employed engineers. You'll have the freedom to work within a wide set of parameters to really engage with and inspire installers and fault-finding engineers and built an affinity for the brand and the product range.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial heating engineer to take their career in a new direction, apply your skills in a new way and share your expansive technical knowledge of commercial heating.

The Person:

This is a technically challenging role as well as one that requires excellent people and presentation skills. We're looking for an out-going, personable individual who is passionate about heating and one who can engage with and inspire your peers within the commercial heating area.

Appropriate experience, qualifications and commercial ACS (COCN1 as a minimum) modules are a requirement for this role.

The Rewards:

GBP51,000 per annum, plus expenses, laptop, mobile, generous private pension package and various perks.
