HR Advisor

I am looking for a confident and capable HR Advisor to deliver a proactive and comprehensive HR service to managers and employees across the organisation.

On offer is permanent, full time HR Advisor opportunity, with a salary up to GBP28,000 per year + enhanced benefits package.

As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all employee relations case work, including disciplinary and grievance issues, as well as performance and capability
• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process from identifying needs with Line Managers through to on-boarding
• Supporting the continuous improvement of HR practices; developing, implementing HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Assisting with the payroll administration process
• Coaching and supporting Line Managers to effectively manage sickness and absence

What we are looking for in you:

• CIPD qualification
• Previous experience working with high-volume ER case work, particularly where trade unions are present
• Great interpersonal skills - the ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships with people in all areas of the organisation
• A strong team player, as well as the ability to work autonomously
• The ability to work on-site, full time each week
