Swanstaff Recruitment is recruiting for our client in Newmarket looking for Customer Service Assistants working within their head office.

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Newmarket

Rate of Pay: GBP9.00 per hour

The Role of a Customer Service Assistant:

You will be responsible for operational efficiency and the day to day management of engineers. Ensuring engineers diary is complete and equipment required for the job is available.

Ensure effective on the day co-ordination of engineers to achieve maximum outputs such as absence, call outs, workloads and escalating any issues which may arise.

Requirements of a Customer Service Assistant:

Proven and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure

Organised

Ability to follow processes

Good geographical knowledge
