This fantastic opportunity has just opened up with a well-established food manufacturing business to join them as a Shift Manager.
The ideal candidate must be a strong hands-on leader and be capable of building relationships at all levels. Experience within food is desirable.
You would also be ensuring that the company's site processes and procedures are followed at all times and you will also be encouraging and developing a continuous improvement strategy.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday flexible on start/finish time.
