Graduate Sales Consultant
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire, England
Salary: GBP18,000 + OTE (uncapped) - expected annual income of approximately GBP24,000 based on hitting monthly targets.
Graduate Sales Consultant Job Description: Situated in a luxury modern office in the heart of Bracknell; the Knowledge Academy's head offices are recruiting for graduates to join our young and exciting Sales Team. Having only been formed in 2009; and now the world's largest training provider, The Knowledge Academy is the perfect place for new graduates to show off their innovative ideas and analytical skills.
The Graduate Sales Consultant role will entail a mixture of responsibilities and roles. After just 4 weeks in the brand new Sales Academy; you will be handed full responsibility of your own sector. You will be placed under the guidance of a Team leader who will pass on all their expertise to help you sell and hit your target.
Your Graduate Sales Consultant role will include but not be limited to:
* Calling clients to sell them some of our 30,000 courses,
* Emailing clients to deal with problems that may occur,
* Having Teams meetings with clients to sell our flagship product 'The Knowledge Pass',
* Meeting clients in person (Covid-19 dependant) to finalise larger deals,
* Cold calling for new clients,
* Adding new courses to our portfolio
* Helping with marketing strategies such as writing blogs for our website and creating mailshots.
The job will be recruited for on a monthly bases, with a maximum of 10 new recruits every month.
If you have, or are due to have, a degree in any discipline you are welcome to apply. We are looking for graduates who have drive to not just hit their targets, but surpass them. Graduates who have energy, passion and a good work ethic. We can teach you to sell but not to be hard working. With working hours of 8-6 Monday to Friday and your salary dependant on how much you sell (targets/ OTE can be explained upon request - expected annual earnings is GBP24,000 per annum), we value dedication and determination over previous Sales experience.
