Cleaning Supervisor - Temp to Permanent
Our client is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to work on site based in Bicester.
You will be managing a team of up to 10 Cleaning staff and have the overall responsibility of the day to day cleaning of offices and public areas. You will be also client facing, so you will have exceptional inter personnel and customer service skills.
Someone who has a good knowledge of cleaning and supervising a team, coupled with a good guest experience and dealing with high end clients.
As a cleaning supervisor your ideal background would be have been from a similar cleaning role within hospitality or contract cleaning.
Working hours are from 06:00am - 13.00pm six days a week. Your day off will need to be flexible according to the clients business levels.
Smart clothing to be warn prior to uniform being provided.
