Do you have Call Centre experience and looking for an exciting new Challenge? Are you available for interview and work?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on the National Apprenticeships Service helpline. This high profile campaign continues to expand and requires dedicated and conscientious staff members to meet on going targets.
Successful candidates will support the outbound service lines to business with regards to the National Apprenticeship Service.
In order to ensure that all service users receive the excellent provision that they are accustomed to from the National Apprenticeship Service, a strong passion for going the extra mile and working to strict targets is needed.
Core hours required are 9-5 but there may be a requirement to work outside normal office hours when necessary, therefore a flexible attitude to working hours is essential. Salary is GBP8.72 per hour.
Key Responsibilities include:-
Work within defined quality guidelines and maintain good practices at all times
Help increase the take up of high quality apprenticeships and industry placements in line with performance expectations.
To provide helpful information on the apprenticeship levy, supporting employers to understand the impact of the changes in their business and how best to implement accordingly
To engage with employers, at decision making level, to promote the benefits of apprenticeships, traineeships and industry placements within businesses and to provide key strategic messages.
To provide information, advice and guidance to help support employers to engage with appropriate training providers.
Undertake administrative and other tasks as required relevant to working environment
Work to daily and weekly targets
You must have relevant experience of working one-to-one with a target audience and also have an exceptional telephone manner and excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
You must also possess excellent listening skills and have the ability to interact with employers and training providers in a professional manner and the ability to assimilate key information from appropriate sources.
You must also be competent in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of apprenticeships, trainee-ships would be advantageous however a full extensive training programme will be available.
