Customer Care Technician
My clients are looking to recruit two Customer Care Technicians based across their area. My clients are a national housebuilder who currently have 10 live sites in the South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire areas.
The successful candidate will provide a variety of remedial works for customers in their new homes. A van will be provided for company use only, together with a variety of power tools however, the successful candidates would be expected to provide their own basic tool kit appropriate to the role. Your weekly working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week with a willingness to work up to 50 hours if necessary, to satisfy the needs of their customers.
The successful candidate should ideally have new house build experience and come from a time served trade background along with an excellent standard of carpentry, plaster patching and painting, but will also be able to carry out re-pointing and basic plumbing. CSCS card and First Aid is an advantage, but training can be provided. A full driving license is essential. The successful candidate will be well-organised, self-motivated, efficient and capable of managing their workload. The ability to deal efficiently and courteously with new home purchasers is also essential.
