Office Assistant Customer service 6mth contract possibly on-going

Our client is recruiting for a customer service, sales order processor position. They are looking for candidates from entry level upwards who are pro-active, committed and has a passion and drive to want to progress within an office career.

Working in a small friendly and busy team in their offices in Harlow.

As an office assistant/ Sales Order Processor, you will be:

• Dealing with customer orders

• Checking stock availability

• Sending faxes and e-mails

• Typing memos

• Sending out samples and making follow up calls

• Inputting orders onto the system

• Dealing with suppliers

• Covering switchboard

• Amending delivery notes

• Dealing with quotes

• Chasing up quotes

• Filing

• Spreadsheets

• General office duties

• Must have experience using Excel, for inputting data

Great starting salary GBP15,000- 16,000

20 Days Holidays plus Bank holidays rising to 24 days holidays plus bank holidays

Free parking

Great working days and working hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

1 hour lunch
