St John Rigby College offers a wide range of academic and vocational courses at all levels in a highly supportive and caring environment to approximately 1400 full-time students aged 16-18. Start Date                           As soon as possible

Contract                              Permanent, Term Time only plus 2 weeks

Working Time                    Part time, 32.5 hours per week.

Grade                                   Spine point 1 of the Sixth Form Colleges’ Support Staff Pay Scale

Salary                                   £16,825 pro-rata, per annum (Actual salary = £13,140.90 per annum) plus a Responsibility Allowance £1,500 per annum

Work Pattern:                   Term Time

Monday – Thursday: Morning Shift 06.30 – 09.00, Afternoon shift 16.00 – 20.00

 Friday: Morning Shift 06.30 – 09.00, Afternoon shift 15.00 – 19.00

                                              Non-Term time

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 16.00

 As a cleaner you will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and to be a fully integrated team member providing an effective service to the cleaning team in an efficient and professional manner.  You will also carry out key holding duties to open the College in the morning and lock up in the evening ensuring that the physical security of the College and liaising with the College security company regarding any issues
