Account Development Manager (Telephone based)

GBP23,000 - GBP27,000 Basic Salary & Bonus

Office based role - Hull

A reputable, national firm supplying Industrial doors are now looking to expand on their team and bring in someone with expertise in Account Management & development with a track record of having excellent relationships with current customers. We manufacture, install and maintain our doors offering a fantastic service throughout the UK.

Role Specification

You will be joining a National firm managing key accounts and developing existing clients

Consistently updating the company database while proactively identifying new business opportunities with current spending customers

This role requires persistency and a genuine enjoyment for business development whilst demonstrating innovative levels of customer care

Managing SME & blue chip company key accounts

To managing technical elements of a product range keeping in touch with colleagues in manufacturing and key accounts as well as construction related customers

B2B development in a target driven environment

Have a persuasive and confident approach to enable strong communication for negotiating with senior management

Produce profits enabling personal, team and company targetsto be met

Candidate Specification

Outgoing, strong minded, self-motivated individual with the ability to stand their ground when needed

Strong telephone manner to develop relationships over the phone

Account Management & Account Development Experience

The ideal candidate will have dealt with technical specification with construction companies

Organising will be key in order to prioritise workload whilst carrying out projects within monetary budgets

Essential Skills / Experience

B2B key account management experience is essential

Poised telephone manner is a must

Ability to manage delivery projects within budget ensuring margin erosion is eliminated

Drive to succeed in a B2B target driven environment

Ability to constantly exceed client expectations
