Due to expansion, our client, a well-established international manufacturer is looking to recruit a hardworking and reliable Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be involved in the preparation of the Payroll process.

* Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.

* Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.

* Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.

* Preparing and issuing earnings statements.

* Maintaining employee records.

* Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.

* Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.

You will have previous payroll experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs, exceptional customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to prioritise workload and to work to deadlines.
