A Paraplanner is required to join a hugely successful company in its inclusive and collaborative Hampshire office (once it's deemed safe to do so). This Paraplanner role involves report writing across the company's projects and comes with an excellent salary and benefits package. The financial services Paraplanner will need to bring excellent planning and organisation skills to this full-time job alongside the ability to analyse, and document client needs promptly is central to the role.

Your critical financial paraplanner duties will include:

Reviewing fact-finds against guidelines to meet clients' needs, challenging gaps and justifications with advisers where appropriate
Using research tools to ensure the best advice is provided to the client
Research and technical assessment of cases submitted by their advisors
Dealing with complex cases and problem-solving

You will need to be a confident and engaging communicator, as the Paraplanner needs to have a good rapport with the advisers, and you must feel comfortable challenging for additional information where appropriate.

Essential requirements for this registered paraplanner role:

Financial Services experience, obtained in an IFA environment
Previous paraplanning experience (minimum one year).
Previous experience in a financial company.
You will also have or will be working towards an FP Diploma.

You will also need practical knowledge of financial planning, pensions, investments, wealth, management, life assurance, tax matters and corporate financial advice. In brief, you should live and breathe the job!
