Portuguese Service Desk Analyst

Interaction Recruitment are seeking talented multilingual individuals with a keen interest and passion for IT and people who can demonstrate some fantastic examples of providing excellent service in a previous role, who speak fluent Portuguese.

To be considered, you must be a local candidate within the Peterborough area.

You will join a busy department that pride themselves on developing their technical knowledge, resolving customer issues in a timely manner and have the want to progress through the ranks.

The ideal Portuguese speaking 1st line service desk analyst candidate will possess the following experience:

Be highly computer literate
A good telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task in a pressurized environment
An interest in IT and the latest technology
The job role:

Provide 1st line IT technical support via telephone/email to overseas customers in their relative native language
Log issues via incident management system
Escalate issues to the relevant resolver teams internally in English
Due to the current climate, this position is working remotely. You will be working in a shift based position, which will include weekends.
