OFFICE MANAGER

Start:                     1st January 2021

Salary:                  Grade 5, points 11 - 15

                                (£21,748 - £23,541) FTE

£18,352 - £19,865 actual pro rata for full time (37 hours)

Location:             Saltford (near Bristol/Bath)

Contract:             Minimum of 28 hours up to a maximum of 37 hours per week (to be agreed prior to commencement), term time only + 2 INSET days

Our current Office Manager is retiring at the end of Term Two and therefore we require an experienced Office Manager who will thrive in this challenging and varied role. In this role you will work closely with the Head teacher of Saltford Church of England Primary School not only to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service but also you will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to communicate confidently, intelligently and effectively both verbally and in writing with a range of stakeholders.

With exceptional all-round administrative skills, including the ability to evaluate and contribute to the continual improvement of systems you will be a self-starter, proactive and professional.

You will also coordinate and drive activities and administration connected with HR administrative support. Previous experience of administrative support in an HR environment would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who has experience in providing administrative support to senior management, is professional and flexible in their approach to work, can demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills and has the drive and commitment to make this role a success.
