We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer to support an established company based in Cambridge on a 3-month contract basis which has the potential to go permanent. The role will be to support with drawings of both smaller and large projects using a range of drawing packages such as CAD, Photoshop and Sketchup. This is a great opportunity to support a busy team and work on some exciting projects.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3-month Contract with potential to go permanent
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30pm
Salary: GBPNegotiable

To be suitable for this role you will have experience of designing and drawing landscape projects to a high standard. You will have knowledge of drawing packages and be able to bring a creative flare to the projects. You must also have landscaping knowledge predominately within hard landscaping as well as great knowledge of plants.
Duties will include:
* Supporting the design team with drawings for multiple projects
* Creating designs and drawings to meet client expectations
* Carrying out site visits to visually see the projects before putting drawings in place
* Using drawing programmes such as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other programmes
* Being creative and thoughtful to each design and drawing
* Discussing with the client the drawings and ideas
* Using your planting knowledge to best advise clients and add to project plans
* General administration within the office
Skills and Experience required:
* MUST have a degree in Landscape Design or similar
* MUST have proven knowledge of plants and planting plans
* Ability to produce designs on drawing packages such as CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other drawing programs
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Hard working and enthusiastic
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Self-motivated and willing to learn
* Full UK clean driving license
