Job Description
* Maintenance / repairs of boilers and central heating system
* Installation of new boilers and central heating system
* Domestic bathroom plumbing works
* Commercial bar / public house toilets refurbishments
* General maintenance works to all public houses within the portfolio
* Radiator installs / replacements
* All aspects of plumbing
Skills and Knowledge Required
* Minimum 7 years' experience
* xGas safe registered (must have certificate) 96+
* Health & safety training or CSCS card
* Own tools (must have)
* Full UK driver's license (must have)
