I am currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work for a medium sized developer based in Camberley, with projects ordinarily in the surrounding areas.
They company develop traditional build housing schemes in the mainstream market and their product is of a high quality and in the (Apply online only)k bracket with developments being 2-5 bed traditional build housing.
They require a Project Quantity Surveyor to operate between the Commercial Director and the two young Surveyors they currently have. The Surveyor will be tasked with looking after 3 sites between 20 and 70 units they will be responsible for the projects so candidates must have been responsible for a site previously.
The team is very lean so this offers excellent opportunity for progression within the company.
They are looking to fill this role ideally immediately and for the correct candidate could get them up and started as soon as the candidate would be available.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Experienced on residential new build, specificallytraditional build housing
* Have experience for either developers or main contractors
* Have worked on a number of commercial aspects of a project including procurement, package management, liaising closely with sub contractors all the way to final accounts
* Have worked on projects from cradle to grave
* Looking for the opportunity of career progression and be happy to push themselves towards this
* Be Degree qualified or equivalent
