Randstad Education work with a number of secondary schools across the Fylde Coast that require day to day and long term Cover Supervisors to support in their classrooms.
The role of a cover supervisor is varied and it is unlikely that two days will be the same. The schools we work with pride themselves on behaviour management and this will be of the utmost importance in this job as you support the students and ensure they stay on track during the lesson.
THE ROLE:
Delivering set work to students and ensuring they stay on track
Behaviour management
At times schools ask for a 'subject specialist' so you may be required to assist in delivering lessonsIDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong behaviour management
Ability to take feedback to develop your skills
Knowledge of a particular subject
