New Product Introduction Manager

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Product Introduction Manager to work from their premises based in West Sussex.

For the successful Product Introduction Manager our client is offering:
i. Up to GBP40,000 per annum
ii. Further progression within the role

The role - Product Introduction Manager:
i. Managing multiple new product implementation projects across two manufacturing sites
ii. Implementing technical upgrades required for new products in line with GMP.
iii. Project Managing projects and developments to support production needs
iv. Managing the inbound supply team and developing relationships with the existing customer portfolio.
v. Manage trials and coordinate alignment projects to maximize profitably.

What our client is looking for in a Product Introduction Manager:
i. FMCG experience
ii. Engineering or printing experience - ESSENTIAL
iii. Flexibility as some traveling will be required
iv. Proven track record of implementing new technologies to manufacturing processes
v. Experience of implementing change - ESSENTIAL
