Internal Fit Out Manager
My client is a renowned residential developer who are looking for an Internal Fit Out Manager on a temp to perm basis on a phase of an ongoing scheme in Reading, Berkshire.
Details of the role are as follows:
461 apartments, RC frame construction, you MUST have experience of managing Internals on RC Frame projects of this size
This is a Senior Site Management level role and will be managing 7-8 others, and will be overseeing the entire fit out
You ideally will have experience of using Fieldview and will be very IT literate
You will be able to generate your own programmes, effective drive the job and manage the QA process.
The ideal candidate will have between 5-10 years experience of managing large scale residential developments for a large developer or contractor
Degree qualified is preferred.
Starting in the next couple of weeks, this is a temp to perm opportunity.
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are expected.
