The successful Architectural Technician will have the chance to join a flourishing business and progress quickly whilst the office grows. The company are willing to consider applications from those at an intermediate to senior level.

What's needed from the Architectural Technician;
* Ideally, you will have significant experience in the residential sector
* Previous experience of working on medium to large scale projects in Autodesk Revit and associated technologies would be preferable.
* Fully proficient with AutoCAD is essential.
* Ability to produce accurate working drawings and a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations.
* You will demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
* You will need good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of an effective team

* Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 doe
