An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a successful and busy Race & Classic Sports Car specialist for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Administrator to join our well established team.

The Role

Your responsibility will be to provide all Marketing for the company whilst working directly with the MD. The position is In-House working alongside a small team of other office staff. Having the ability to work to tight deadlines, multi-task and thrive in a busy office environment is essential, along with enthusiasm to learn new skills and adapt to an ever changing and growing business. An interest in Automotive/Motorsport would be an advantage. This is a hands on position and the applicant must be fully conversant with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

The Candidate

You will have a solid background in marketing and copywriting with the experience of developing direct marketing materials, website content and building relationships with magazines. You will also have the ability to design eye catching and effective press releases in house.

Duties

?? Create captivating and engaging content for email flyers, adverts, social media, etc.

?? Production of product and news email flyers.

?? Developing and extending website content.

?? Production of catalogues.

?? Consistently develop, monitor, adjust and deliver up to date material to promote the company
planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.

?? Developing relationships with customer PR contacts, monthly and weekly magazines, and maintaining these relationships.

?? Securing PR magazine coverage of our product ranges.

?? Developing copy/print to promote product ranges for magazine features.

?? Collating and analysing media coverage and filing media coverage of products for use in gaining potential business.

?? Devising and coordinating photo opportunities.

?? Developing and extending website content.

?? Scope to develop Marketing via social media such as Facebook, Twitter & blogs etc.

?? This is a hands on position and a good knowledge of current design software would be required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe packages: Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver CS5 and Illustrator is a necessity.

Skills

?? Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct articles.

?? Have an excellent level of English Language skills.

?? Good Memory.

?? Highly efficient work attitude.

?? Meticulous attention to detail.

?? Proficient in Microsoft Office, and industry standard software packages, including Adobe packages: Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver CS5 and Illustrator.

?? OpenCart Website knowledge would be an advantage.

?? Good listening & research skills.

The successful candidate will be confident and have the ability to build relationships and a rapport over the telephone quickly, and relishes challenges and problem solving. You must also have advanced copywriting skills, excellent English Grammar and spelling.
