Shift patterns:

Days: 7.00 - 21.00 / 07.00 - 14.00 / 14.00 - 21.00 Pay:

GBP9-GBP12 per hour (subject to payment and shift type)Requirements for you as the Support Worker:

Enhanced DBS (on the update service)
Experience supporting vulnerable adults with:
Challenging behaviours
Severe learning disabilities including working with non-verbal service users
Epilepsy
Diabetes
Experience within a residential environment promoting independence
Excellent communication skills including reading and writing
Ability to learn and pick up tasks quickly
Considerate and flexible with working hours /days
Up-to-date mandatory training*
Clean Valid UK DriverResponsibilities for you as the Support worker:

Supporting service users with daily needs
Encouraging and supportive approach to promote going outside in the community
Working closely with service users, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
Following service user care plans
