GRP Assembler - Falmouth
Who we are looking for
People with experience of first stage GRP Assembly within a boat building company.
Necessary experience:
GRP Assembly experience within a marine company.
About the role
Type: Permanent position
Hours: 43 hours a week with OT available at a flat rate
8.00am - 17:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 15.30pm on a Friday
Rate/Salary: Starting rate of GBP11-GBP12.50 (Skills Matrix goes up to GBP14ph)
Additional info: GBP1000 tool allowance bonus after 2 years service.
The role will involve GRP assembly of hulls decks, putting in floors and grp liners for luxury boats.

They integrate traditional boatbuilding skills with innovative engineering and modern techniques to build custom and semi-production vessels of the highest quality.
