Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify customers' needs offer alternatives and solutions
Place and track orders whilst keeping your client updated.
Build relationships and trust with your customers through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process orders and file documents
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Experience
Proven customer service experience within an office environment is essential
Able to work as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Pay rates GBP8.40 (Under 21) GBP8.65 (22 to 24) GBP8.92 (over 25) Once you complete probation the salary will be GBP21k + annual bonus
