MOJ Portal Fee Earner
Sue Ross Legal are looking for applications from experienced MOJ Portal Fee Earners on behalf of a firm of Solicitors based in Doncaster. You will be joining a friendly and supportive, claimant RTA team and duties will include;
* Progressing your own caseload of claimant RTA files through stages 2 and 3 of the MOJ Portal
* Assessing quantum and causation
* Conducting research into case law
* Diary management including diarising key dates
* Liaising with clients, third parties and other organisations to obtain information and resolve queries
* Negotiating settlements
This role is within a firm of Solicitors based in Doncaster and offers the potential for internal progression. A competitive salary is on offer along with a performance bonus AND an attendance bonus.
To be considered for this position you should have experience of running cases through the MOJ Portal stages 2 and 3. You should have worked within a target driven environment and have excellent client care and communication skills.
