We have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join us to lead all internal tech recruitment activity, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. In this brand new role to Reach, you will report to the Recruitment Manager and have the full time support of an administrative apprentice. You will be joining an established recruitment team, as part of the wider HR shared service department.


This is a home working opportunity, and we will ensure that you have the set up, kit and ongoing support to fully integrate into our recruitment team quickly. What will the role involve?

  • Manage all level vacancies within Product & Engineering, IT and Solutions Technology
  • Drive direct hiring model for junior/mid level technology roles, driving our wider D&I aims for the department
  • Develop entry level talent pipeline for pool of potential candidates for future roles
  • Performance manage preferred suppliers on a monthly basis
  • Providing a first class hiring experience for all tech lead stakeholders under your area of responsibility
  • Promote roles via Linkedin and relevant advertising space (For example; our own platform)
  • Drive and promote employee engagement in our internal referral scheme
  • Attend tech senior management meetings as and when appropriate to identify future skills needs/recruitment forecasting
  • Monitor diversity across all applications, shortlist and hires, and support initiatives to improve diversity
  • Track source, cost per hire, and time to hire per month, and report to Recruitment Manager
  • Attend the weekly tech huddle and support the communication of any recruitment related messaging
  • Collate competitor benefit information for review by HR Business Partner
  • Coordinate and where appropriate attend tech industry events to promote the Reach brand


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an established technology recruiter, who has experience in recruiting for roles in the product and engineering space - either in an internal or external agency environment.

You will be committed and driven to finding the best talent in the market, delivering ROI through direct hires, agency hires, or internal referrals. You will be knowledgeable about the diversity challenges faced by the engineering sector and bring passion, new ideas and motivation to shaping and developing our existing recruitment process in this space.

You will work closely with your stakeholders, developing relationships quickly and being abreast of future hiring needs, so we can deliver the best talent efficiently and effectively.

You will be curious, committed to driving change, and ready to make your mark in a brand new role to the business.
