AWE is looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead to provide an efficient recruitment operations service to support the Resourcing function in the areas of process, systems, tools, marketing and branding, improvement projects, innovation, metrics and reporting and diversity hiring initiatives.

We are looking for the Recruitment Operations Lead to;
- Lead Resourcing initiatives, innovation, and improvement projects
- Lead on recruitment branding, marketing, attraction, social media, careers website and digital presence
- Deliver the resourcing reporting suite, metrics and analytics
- Take a project based approach to delivering resourcing improvement and operational initiatives
- Manage relationships with external partners, evaluating value add and recommending additional strategic partnerships
- Act as process expert for all recruitment processes. Ensure processes are effective, efficient and well documented, including comprehensive work instructions are in place. Lead 'Lean' process reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Act as systems super user for technology and tools on behalf of Resourcing team and partner with HR project teams regarding systems and process enhancements
- Keep abreast of advances in recruitment technology, tools and innovative practices. Make cost effective recommendations
- Support for budgetary management, spend tracking, supplier engagement, contracts and payment
- In depth experience in a recruitment operations capacity in a large corporate environment
- Project management skills. Experience of leading complex recruitment operations related projects using project management methodologies
- Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Recruitment analytics experience
- Super user level skills with ATS systems
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Delivery focused, ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise
- Project management of recruitment improvement initiatives
- Development of recruitment reporting suites
- In depth experience of recruitment branding, marketing, social media and managing attraction campaigns
- Desirable: Experience of Workday, process mapping and lean methodologies
