Our client is looking for more than just a graduate, they are looking for exceptional individuals who possess demonstrable experience of proven design and software competencies outside of work and education e.g. self-taught computer language skills, design software tools competency, computer or machine building, 3D printing, freelance product design.
In return you will receive a generous starting salary of up to cGBP28,000, company pension, sick pay, free onsite parking and sponsored training. You will be based at their brand new, state of the art facility in the heart of Leicester.
The role will include a plethora of bespoke design and programming work and the candidate will receive market leading training with the aspirations of becoming a future senior figure within the company.
The skills and knowledge required:
* Degree educated in Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering & Instrumentation, Power Electronics or similar
* Strong capabilities within low level programming strongly preferred
* Demonstrable understanding of electronics & circuits
* Good understand of FPGA code
* Ability to programme in C or C++ highly desirable as this will be a crucial part of the role
* Confident in the use of 2D & 3D Solidworks
