Bored with your current Practice role or accounts in general? If you're looking for some variety in your life, then the answer is surely below.
There's an unusual, but quite interesting job, supporting a Practice and their clients with various projects, problems and general shouts for help.
If you're tenacious, happy spinning ten plates at any time and get satisfaction from providing support and solving problems, we may have just the home for you. If you want a definitive job spec, this probably isn't for you. You'll tend to pick up the work that falls outside of normal accounting agreements.
Some recent examples of this project work includes;
Develop enhanced reporting/accounting structures
Client growth planning
Analysing business performance and trends, resolving issues and strengthening processes
Fundraising for projects, business plan creation, sourcing providers, guiding business owners Supporting liquidation processes
Equity schemes
During quieter times, if there are any, you'll still keep your hand in with some accounts preparation, supporting the corporate finance team and helping the Practice enhance some of its own offerings.
We don't expect you to know it all, but the right attitude and ideally a qualification will take you a long way. There's a varied pool of experience already within the Practice, someone needs to pull everything together to provide a dedicated service.
You'll be based close to the M1 and there is plenty of parking available.
Call Paul to discuss, a CV may not be the ideal starting point here
