ABOUT THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team based in Chorley.
The MGG UK Workforce Solutions division specialises in supporting Trusts to understand their recruitment requirements, deliver the best talent in the market and manage their workforce in a cost effective way while maintaining high levels of patient care
This is an on-site role that supports the delivery of agency staffing managed service alongside the administration of the trusts own staff bank. As such, your day to day duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing a telephone help desk to client contacts , candidates and agencies
- Managing the Medical bank inbox ensuring all queries are responded within agreed timescales.
- Support as necessary pre-employment check process and input documentation as required onto the system
- To input jobs / bookings and rotas onto the system as required
- To allocate and confirm candidates into shifts
- To ensure all timesheets are submitted and processed
- Resolve payroll queries from doctors
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise important tasks
- First class customer service skills to ensure that the business maintain professionalism
- The ability and passion to building long term strategic relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- To possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate technical language for non-technical individuals
- To be able to positively contribute to the team and overall organisational dynamics and culture
