At Expect we support adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems to remain independent in a variety of single and multiple occupancy properties.

Our Senior Support Workers are responsible for 1 or more supported living services and will manage both the staff and service users within that service. Roles and responsibilities will include the following:
To be responsible for the effective line management of the staff team/s
To undertake needs assessments in relation to people wishing to use Expect's Supported Living services
To provide leadership and motivation, ensuring staff are able to provide flexible, efficient and high-quality services
To manage allocated budgets and resources efficiently and effectively

Previous experience of working in Health & Social Care
Good communication skills
