A Customer Service Representative is required on a Temp basis with one of the UK's leading manufacturers in console accessories.
Working hours for the role are 08:00am until 16:00pm Monday through to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.
Over time will be offered during busy periods.
Starting pay is GBP8.21 Overtime paid after 37.5 hours
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must possess the following skill-sets:
- Customer service experience
- A good standard of the English language - written and spoken
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Polite and professional telephone manner
- An interest in helping people
- Able to work as part of a team
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word experience is essential
- Computer Literate with excellent typing skills
Other skill sets you must possess include remaining calm and professional during difficult telephone calls
Keeping an up to date record on customer accounts, must be capable of solving problems on own initiative, and it is vital that you are self-motivated.
Product training given.
