Details
My client are currently looking for a Assistant Service Manager to join our busy Service department.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional, preferably with previous management experience and technical knowledge gained within the agricultural/horticultural industry, to assist in the management of a team of Service Technicians at our Attleborough branch.
The successful applicant will assist the Service Manager in managing departmental performance in line with financial budget objectives as well as offering technical support. They will have excellent communication skills, lead by example and require high standards of performance from their team. Providing excellent customer service and developing new customer relationships will be of paramount importance.
Although desired, previous experience in the agricultural industry is not essential, as product/systems training will be provided but competence in Microsoft Office is required.
A full driving licence is essential for this post as is a flexible approach to working hours.
A competitive salary plus performance related bonuses, contributory company pension scheme and company sick pay scheme is offered.
