A leading manufacturer within the automatic door industry is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support their team. Along with a salary of up to GBP50,000 you will receive 33 days holiday including bank holidays. As the Quantity Surveyor you will be:
Reviewing tender documentation and responsible for risk management.
Reporting on commercial performance of projects with senior management.
Handling cash flows and final accounts.
Working closely with senior management to manage contacts and contract variations.
Developing relationships with supplies and sub-contractors.
Provide support with dispute management.
Providing relevant information to assist with making financial decisions.As the Quantity surveyor you will have:
Experience within a relevant industry - fit out or general construction.
Experience with managing risk and maximising opportunities.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure.We'd love to hear from you if you have a RICS accredited degree or HND in BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, Construction and Built Environment, Construction and Commercial Management however, we will consider all relevant experience.
