Job responsibilities
Kier Housing Maintenances, North Kesteven are looking to recruit a Multi-Trade Operative who will report to the contract supervisor. The position will involve working in Tenanted & Void Properties on a social housing contract within the North Kesteven area.
The successful post-holder will ideally possess a core trade & will be responsible for undertaking all manner of maintenance work in domestic properties ranging from: Joinery, Plaster patching, Plumbing, Wall tiling, Vinyl floor tiling and Brickwork patching.
What do we need from you?
With experience in a similar role, you will hold a full driving licence and relevant qualifications (i.e. NVQ or equivalent, Asbestos Awareness). Ideally you will also have an appropriate CSCS card and knowledge of social housing.
