Are you an experienced SEN teaching assistant who is looking to take on a new role for September in Bracknell?

A 2 form entry school in Bracknell are recruiting for a SEN TA/LSA to work supporting a child joining their Reception class with an Autism diagnosis. The school would like a candidate with SEN experience. Experience with Autism would be preferable.

This role will suit someone who is pro active with a real enthusiasm for supporting not only a key child but the classroom as a whole. The role would include working to increase attainment of the key child, through small group work and individual support.

The school is located close to Bracknell train station. The school were rated "outstanding" by Ofsted (Dec 16). The SLT at this school are dedicated to the continued high level of results that the school has achieved in recent years.

Requirements

CACHE level 3 qualification or equivalent
Experience working with children with SEND (SEMH preferable)
A current valid child workforce DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
Passion for supporting children succeed
Confidence dealing with sensitive matters
